Our treatments are customised to meet each client’s specific needs and may incorporate a mix of treatments and techniques purely for relaxation or to alleviate pain, tension or anxiety.
All products for sale or used in our therapy room are as natural as possible - organic or paraben free. They contain botanical plants and essential oils. Our candles and melts are soy based so you know that you are not breathing any nasty toxins while you relax at home.
Fiona McCabe is the owner and principal therapist and has been studying and using essential oils since 1991 and includes their use in most of her treatments. Fiona holds Diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology, Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy Massage, Paediatric massage and Paediatric massage with special healthcare needs, to name a few.
To complement her Holistic Therapies Fiona has added some gorgeous beauty treatments namely, the fabulous Swarovski Crystal Toes®, Crazy Angel Spray Tan®, Perfect Match®Gel Polish, and stocks Dare to Wear®and OPI®nail polishes.
She has a teaching certificate through NUI Maynooth and hosts regular workshops in her centres and in An Grianan in Drogheda, Co. Louth, and is a fully qualified EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE® First aid Instructor and Certified Baby Massage Tutor.
Fiona has served as Regional Officer and President of the Irish Massage Therapists Association, one of the most respected associations in the field of complementary health care in Ireland today. It is recognised by the Department of Health as the National Association of Massage/Bodywork Therapists.
